土工膜在国内矿区土地复垦工作中作用？土工膜在国内矿区土地复垦工作中作用及土工膜产品起到隔离、防渗作用。土工膜特性：
1、物理力学指标高：拉伸强度可以达到27MPa以上；断裂伸长率可以达到百分之700；
2、化学稳定性好：土工膜具有优异的化学稳定性，耐强酸强碱腐蚀；
3、防渗系数高：土工膜具有普通防水材料无法比拟的防渗效果，水蒸汽渗透系数K<=1.0*10-13g.cm/c cm2.s.pa。
4、施工快：采用热熔焊接，焊缝强度高，施工方便、快速。HDPE土工膜与无纺土工布界面剪切性能试验采用大尺寸直剪仪,研究填埋场复合衬垫系统中,HDPE光面和糙面土工膜(GMs),在干燥、潮湿状态下与无纺土工布(GTs)界面剪切性能。试验结果表明,光面土工膜在较小的剪切位移即出现峰值强度,而糙面土工膜需要较大剪切位移才能出现峰值强度。不管是光面土工膜,还是糙面土工膜,与无纺土工布界面均具有明显的应变软化特性。糙面土工膜界面剪切强度比光面土工膜高,同一种界面,在潮湿状态下,由于吸力的存在,界面剪切强度比干燥状态下高。通过对界面剪切强度进行线性拟合,得出剪切强度参数,提出填埋场稳定性分析中,如果界面处于潮湿状态下,粘聚力可忽略不计。
土工布阻隔煤矸石中重金属迁移实验煤矸石淋出液中的重金属元素会污染底部土体和地下水。引入国外矿区复垦应用成熟的土工布技术,选取聚乙烯丙纶、涤纶针刺、涤纶复合土工布和HDPE土工膜4类土工材料,采用室内柱状淋溶实验,初步研究土工布对煤矸石淋出液中重金属的阻隔作用。
结果表明,4种土工布都不同程度地降低了淋出液中重金属的含量。其中,聚乙烯丙纶和涤纶针刺土工布降低重金属Cr的效果较好,浓度低于对照23.7%~33.5%,总量低于对照36.2%~50.0%;HDPE土工膜和涤纶复合土工布对重金属Pb和Cu十分有效,浓度低于对照17.0%~21.1%,总量低于对照22.9%~26.8%。同时,土工布吸附了大量的重金属,淋溶柱中重金属的残留量降低。聚乙烯丙纶和涤纶复合土工布吸附Cr的能力较高,涤纶针刺土工布吸附Pb的效果较好,涤纶针刺土工布和HDPE土工膜能大量地吸附Cu。研究可知,土工布的种类多,功能强大,在国内矿区土地充填复垦工作中将有广阔的应用前景。 Plastic geocell, by a one-way drawing the strip of plastic grid sheetconnecting clamp, connecting clip for a double structure, connected together at one end, a connecting hole is arranged, the other side is corresponding to the positioning bolt, a set of grid chamber material of two two interleaved, connecting clamps compartment sheet connection site, the positioning bolt is inserted into a connecting hole in the fixed grid sheet welding joints, so the grid chamber material connected together, a group of connecting bar plastic grid sheet along the sheet perpendicular to the direction of expansion, forms a grid shape three-dimensional lattice room.
